Sleep consultancy identifies the reasons behind your child’s sleep struggles and implements steps to help them achieve the restful night’s sleep both you and your child need.
While there’s no magic wand to fix sleep issues overnight, most families start to see positive changes within a few days of us working together.
I use evidence-based methods and take a holistic approach, considering both the child’s needs and the family’s lifestyle. The goal is to empower parents with the knowledge and tools to improve their child’s sleep, leading to better overall well-being for the entire family.
How do we achieve this? I provide personalised guidance and support to help babies and young children develop healthy sleep habits. This includes crafting tailored sleep plans, providing effective strategies to address sleep issues, and offering ongoing support to ensure both you and your child enjoy restful nights.

Hi, I’m Anna, a fully qualified children’s sleep practitioner. I’m also a mum to 2 fabulous little girls who are wildly different in terms of personality and temperament. We live with their dad and our rescue cat Wurzel in the beautiful city of Bath.
As a parent who understands the challenges of sleepless nights, I have years of experience and a passion for improving family well-being. I understand first hand how challenging sleep deprivation can be, especially for new parents. I’ve been there and I know how relentless it is.
My goal is to work with you to support your unique situation. I look forward to helping you on this journey to a better night’s sleep.
MY STORY
My journey to motherhood was far from straightforward. My long-awaited firstborn spent her early days in intensive care following a difficult birth. I was overjoyed when she could finally come home, but she wouldn’t sleep for longer than 2 hours at a time.
All the advice kept coming – “it’s a phase, she’ll grow out of it” – but I felt like I was failing and things just didn’t improve. I endlessly scrolled the internet at all hours of the day and night, desperately trying to figure out where I was going wrong.
Before going back to work a year later, I remember thinking, “How on earth will I cope with juggling everything and the lack of sleep?” Then, just 2 weeks in, I collapsed from exhaustion, ending up at A&E.
This was a turning point. I sought help from a children’s sleep consultant, who transformed our lives. We made several changes that led to our daughter not only sleeping through the night, but also napping independently in her cot.
It was a game-changer for our whole family – we were all so much healthier and happier. Most importantly, I became a much more relaxed parent as a result. I just wished I’d done this sooner.

My training as a sleep practitioner
I trained at the London School of Childcare Studies and am a fully qualified Child Sleep Practitioner. The extensive training was designed and led by world-renowned sleep experts. Their evidence-based approach has equipped me with effective methods to improve children’s sleep quality. I also hold a basic DBS certificate and am fully insured.
I have a degree in psychology, with a focus on child development, and extensive experience in senior HR roles, where I supported numerous parents transitioning back to work after parental leave.

I work with individual families to create a bespoke sleep plan tailored specifically to your family’s needs. Together, we will implement the plan, and I will provide ongoing support throughout the process.
Group Coaching
Group sessions provide an excellent opportunity for parents to ask questions and receive expert insights into the sleep challenges they are facing. These sessions are designed to support parents connected with baby and toddler groups, nurseries and schools.
