Group Coaching
Gather a group of friends or colleagues and share your questions and concerns. I’ll give you expert insight and suggested techniques.
Group support and encouragement
Being a new parent can feel like a lonely place. You’re up at all hours, your routine has gone out the window, and there’s less time (and energy) to see friends and loved ones.
When you’re sleep-deprived, these negative feelings can be enhanced and feel overwhelming.
My group sessions are a chance for parents to connect with others, and share their experiences. You feel less alone, and rekindle your hope that things can get better.
Time for constructive discussions
During our group sessions, you can ask any questions you like. I’ll offer insights into various techniques that have worked for other parents, children, and families.
I’ll help you understand what’s happening with the sleep cycles of your child, and help you feel empowered to find new ways of getting your child to sleep more independently.
A 90-minute session
My group sessions are 90 minutes and can either be online or in person. Gather your antenatal class or a group of friends, and I’ll run a bespoke session tailored to your needs

Group support and encouragement
Join my video call seminars for parents struggling with sleep issues. No pressure to turn your camera on, and infants are warmly welcomed.
During the seminar, we’ll cover several essential topics, and you have the option to simply listen or actively participate with questions.
Topics covered include the importance of sleep, understanding child sleep patterns, establishing bedtime routines, addressing common sleep challenges and tips for parents grappling with sleep deprivation.
I keep the groups small to ensure I can address your questions and provide time for participants to share their experiences if they wish.
Details about forthcoming seminars will be released on my website

Corporate sessions
I collaborate with forward-thinking businesses to provide support to working parents. I run workshops and coaching sessions to help parents who are struggling with sleep deprivation in the workplace.
Are your working parents constantly tired?
It’s no secret that babies are sleep stealers. When your employees return to work after having a baby, they can often feel overwhelmed, and find it daunting to perform well with these new levels of sleeplessness.
Weeks or even months of fragmented sleep after a baby’s birth can leave new parents feeling irritable, tearful, forgetful, anxious and depressed.
Burn-out is a real issue. With statistics showing that more working mothers than ever before are leaving the workplace, businesses really need to do all they can to retain talent.
Support your employees to function at their best
Sleep deprivation can significantly impact the workplace, affecting both individual performance and overall organisational productivity.
As a sleep consultant, I can help new parents find the methods and the routine they need to get enough sleep to function well in the workplace.
How I can help
I conduct workshops for new and expecting parents in the workplace. My offerings include 1:1 services, in-person group sessions and online seminars.
There are steps parents can take early on to ensure their babies develop healthy sleep habits and sleep well, thereby avoiding endless sleepless nights and the torment of sleep deprivation. What better well-being gift could an employer offer to their employees?
In the sessions, we cover:
- The importance of sleep for all
- Understanding your child’s sleep patterns
- Establishing a consistent bedtime routine
- Addressing common sleep challenges
All of this is supported by safe sleep practices, following the latest advice from The Lullaby Trust.
